The business plan is part of the static events. If you join the Business Plan team, you will become part of the management department. During the semester, our group of two people thinks about a potential product, related to the Formula Student vehicle. Once a specific product has been decided upon, the research phase begins. During this phase, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the market in which we intend to operate and how it is structured (e. g. target group, competitors, market size). Once we have understood the market, we will evaluate our options and start working on the various topics of a business plan (e.g. marketing, supply chain, financial plan, etc.).Once the business plan is finalized, we prepare a professional presentation and present our concept at various events, where we pitch our business idea and defend it in front of judges.
